It's always been a challenge to eat the right food. Jill was able to help me think about food in a different way. It started with defining your goals. In my case, I wanted to live a healthy, strong life, where I can enjoy my family and hopefully grand children (and look good as well). Coach Jill is able to reinforce the good things you did during the check ins. She reminds you of your goals and adressess the poor choices as well. Usually, there are circumstances around eating (read "emotional eating"). Coach Jill didn't start yelling at me, but instead, lead me back to the path. Hiccups happen, just accept it, and get back on course. Food choices went from limited to expansive! (ps. she’s also ready to talk through random food thoughts and new recipes to try!) There are so many things to enjoy and it’s not the end of the world to indulge once in a while. Highly recommend Coach Jill! She's also very funny too!

I went to Jill with specific problems: my physique looked like a melted candle, my blood sugar numbers were climbing, and my energy levels weren’t what they used to be. Jill helped me understand my nutritional needs (including when, and not just what, I needed to eat), the potential costs of keeping my habits as they were, and what it would take to remain healthy and energetic moving forward. Jill knows when to encourage, when to scold, and when to forgive… but not when to quit; she will get you where you need to be. I’m happy to say, with Jill’s assistance, I’ve adjusted my habits and I am on the road to a healthy, happy me.
